Founder and owner of BCF concreting solutions, Mick is a certified volumetric technical specialist, a qualified dual tradesman in mechanics and boiler making and is a qualified pressure welder with an impressive 4 patented inventions under his belt. Mick has over 23 years’ experience in engineering and more specifically 10 years’ within the civil construction industry. As managing director, Mick oversees all aspects of his business remaining actively involved with the companies direction, his unique innovative approach greatly influences the services and products his company delivers setting the bar for what quality, high standard work is.

He continues to conquer innovation by introducing new technologies to the market and utilizing the opportunity to excel within his field and continue to build his reputable business.

 ​Anita, the co-founder of BCF concreting has over 23 years of experience in accounting and administration. She manages a large clientele base while directing the administration staff, ensuring that high standards are met not only in the field but in the office. 

  With over 19 years’ experience within the Engineering and Transport Infrastructure Sectors, Richard has held various management level positions across design, construction, project management, operations, and maintenance disciplines.

Richard supports BCF Concreting Solutions in the early planning, strategic selection and development of projects and joint ventures under varied delivery models. He provides team leadership from initial tender development to commercial negotiation and close out all aimed to provide a unique value offering to our Clients and delivery partners.

 Tyrone’s devotion to producing high-quality concrete can be reflected in his commitment to adapt and evolve to meet industry needs. Tyrone is a certified volumetric technical specialist, qualified boilermaker and pressure welder with an extensive engineering background he also has over 10 years experience in the civil construction and concrete industry notably becoming an “industry-first” leader within his field for his vast knowledge and unique skill set. 

 Tanaya predominately handles all aspects of publicity and marketing but has a keen interest in project management. With a certificate IV in project management, she is currently studying her diploma and shadows projects. Tanaya is enthusiastic and passionate about her role within BCF and strives to meet customer needs with professionalism and commitment. 

 Gracie is a qualified business administrator, she assists with human resource management and accounting bringing a systematic level of quality assurance to the company. Gracie is also undertaking an apprenticeship in accounting, studying part-time at university.
