With an impressive tenure of 27 years, Anita, the esteemed co-founder of BCF Concreting, boasts a wealth of expertise in accounting and administration. Her strategic oversight extends to a vast and diverse clientele, while her leadership ensures the administration team consistently exceeds industry standards. Anita's commitment to excellence is evident both on-site and within the office environment, reflecting her dedication to the company's success.

With over 19 years of experience in the Engineering and Transport Infrastructure sectors, Richard has held various management-level positions across design, construction, project management, operations, and maintenance disciplines.

At BCF Concreting Solutions, Richard plays a crucial role in the early planning and strategic selection and development of projects and joint ventures under various delivery models. He provides team leadership from initial tender development through to commercial negotiations and project closeout, all aimed at delivering unique value to our clients and delivery partners.

Tyrone's passion for superior concrete is evident in his proactive approach to embracing industry advancements. As a certified volumetric technical specialist and an accomplished boilermaker and pressure welder, he brings over a decade of expertise in civil construction and the concrete sector. His extensive engineering experience has established him as a pioneering figure in his domain, and he is recognized for his comprehensive knowledge and distinctive competencies.

Tanaya is a dynamic marketing officer, expertly overseeing all facets of publicity and marketing with a robust interest in project management. Her qualifications include a Certificate IV in Project Management, and she is furthering her expertise through a diploma, alongside hands-on experience in project oversight. At BCF, Tanaya's zeal and dedication shine through as she consistently meets customer needs with unwavering professionalism and a deep-seated commitment to excellence.

 Gracie is a qualified business administrator who assists with human resource management and accounting, bringing a systematic level of quality assurance to the company. She is also undertaking an apprenticeship in accounting while studying part-time at university.
