At the forefront of innovation BCF concreting is revolutionizing the way concrete is produced.
Boasting an ‘industry first’ in slip forming with a Wirtgen SP25 slip former fitted with a mm GPS system. Combining the productivity of GNSS positioning with its unique zone laser transmitter creates a versatile, high-precision system that can control the Wirtgen SP25 slip former via satellite with extreme precision. The Millimetre GPS uses the laser-generated data to tighten vertical accuracy to within the millimetre — ideal for tight tolerance work such as highway construction and paving. The mm GPS guidance system means work is generated to the high level standards we strive to uphold for our clients. Using quality materials and full proof technique in conjunction with our mobile batching concrete trucks our services are second to none.
With offset slip form pavers, the concrete is transported into the offset mould via a loading conveyor or a conveyor auger. The offset mould can be mounted on the left or right-hand side of the machine. A number of moulds in a wide range of different shapes and sizes are available for individual applications. The offset profiles are continually produced monolithically, with or without reinforcements. Machine features include a top-quality machine control system, a practical steering and drive system and string line-free concrete paving.
With the Millimetre GPS system the days of lost productivity, using string-lines or running manually off of hubs are over. Millimetre combines the advantages of laser technology (multi-use and high accuracy) with GNSS (multi user and 3D) into one versatile and easy to use system.
